As a student, I have to say that the course is a bit too expensive. I didn't mean the content is not worthy, cause it sure does. However, I think if the price could be lower or there were some discounts from time to time, it would be great. Appreciate the work.

I recommend doing at least one lesson each day... because of the sheer volume of information, you might forget something that was already mentioned, if you do not keep some consistency. Once bought, it is very useful! Your constant Google searches for items in plan view don't have to happen anymore. Everything you could want is in an organized file, ready to be edited, copied, and pasted into your work. The vegetation inside of this pack is also beautiful and minimal, but extremely effective.

Unlike the tutorials on axonometric drawings and renderings, this course mainly focuses on introducing InDesign technology, which accounts for the majority of the content.
I started the course without knowing anything about InDesign, but after taking the classes, it helped me a lot to develop my first Architecture Portfolio. I'm happy with it!
The course was easy to follow. It might be intimidating at first because of the number of steps to achieve an improved effect on an object but it is worth it once you see the end product.
It was a very well-structured course, especially for beginners. Speaking to myself, I'm an architecture student and I didn't have any experience with Photoshop and Illustrator. Also, I have always wanted to create diagrams, but I didn't know where to start. So, finding this course was a gift. If you want to learn the basics of these two programs and also diagrams, then this course is perfect. It's like killing two birds with one stone.

It includes everything I need for my drawings, collages, and illustrations (scale figures, textures, vegetation, and even isometric objects). Overall, the course provides a great introduction to creating and developing isometric diagrams that can be used in a multitude of different situations or scenarios. By being clearly labeled and organized, Oliver has made it very easy to move from step to step without getting confused, and he reiterates many key points throughout the course so that by the time you finish, there are already some key concepts that are ingrained in your brain. All in all, if you are looking for an informative course on architectural diagrams that is both informative and entertaining, this course would be perfect for you since the course is so detailed while remaining light with technical jargon that allows people from all skill levels to learn something.
Very well-rounded course that was very easy to understand and follow along with. My only suggestion would be to potentially create tutorials with other free softwares, like TwinMotion or other software that students get free access to and can properly utilize, as shown in your tutorials. Still appreciate the content and look forward to learning in future courses!

The course is very detailed and thorough. Its beginner friendly but can also be useful to intermediate/advanced photoshop users. The resources, advice and tips and tricks provided by the instructor will leave those enrolled in the course feeling more confident and inspired to unleash their own creativity. This course was better than I expected, I'd definitely recommend it to anyone interested in ArchViz (with Photoshop, SketchUp, Vray)!
Wasn’t expecting to get this much value, tbh. Thought I knew a lot already, but this course goes deep into things and dissects D5 in all areas. I liked that the Upstairs team divided the modules very clearly so I focused on the parts that I needed the most first. Super recommended for anyone looking to enhance their visualization skills!

Oliver did an amazing job walking us through his process with creating diagrams. He was clear and reinforced important details throughout the course, making sure to help build good habits. His emphasis on "big moves" really helped to think about the diagram creation process as a bite sized problem. I would recommend people invest in this course because if you are a student learning how to represent your ideas, the skills available in this course will help you.
This material is exact and concise with content that is meaningful. The insights and explanations are outstanding. The level of detail is just right without distractions or unnecessary tangents. In addition, there are no plugs for buying the assets but those too are excellent and well worth the modest cost. I would definitely encourage a link to the store in the various lessons as those assets are amazing and add to the sophistication of the final projects. I’m so glad I took this course! Before this, I was just trying to figure things out on my own with D5. Now I have way more control over the whole process, really learned a visualization workflow, and my renderings look much more professional. Plus, even though I had some Photoshop knowledge, the tips on post-production were game-changers for me. Oliver made everything easy to follow. Really recommend it!

It was a nicely structured course to teach you a lot of things about post-production in Photoshop. Maybe some more experienced artists will find it easy, but it was a great course for users new to the Photoshop side of things, well explained all the way.

This course is truly amazing. I have experienced many D5 courses, both online and physical, but none meet this quality. This course offers a deep understanding of D5 that even a beginner can catch up because of the clear and easy to understand explanation. Moreover, the post-production lessons are extremely helpful for those who have the basics of Photoshop but do not know where to start with architectural renderings.
The course is extensive and easy to follow, and it’s great that you can participate at your own pace and on your own schedule. I've already been able to apply some tips in practice, which has helped take my renders to a higher level. Fully applying all the knowledge takes time, so it's essential to work on a variety of projects to continuously improve your workflow.
I specifically enjoyed how for this tutorial Oliver stuck to the ins and outs of InDesign and how to use it properly. I think this strategy works well mainly because each person has a different story to tell through their portfolio. Therefore, the tutorial only helps you know how to navigate InDesign and it doesn't really hinder your perception of how to do your portfolio. Also, I think the examples help inspire the audience, especially as we can see Oliver annotate and discuss the mistakes and great points of each portfolio. The extra material is great and I feel that the extra lessons with him are super useful.
