As a student, I have to say that the course is a bit too expensive. I didn't mean the content is not worthy, cause it sure does. However, I think if the price could be lower or there were some discounts from time to time, it would be great. Appreciate the work.

This course was exactly what I was looking for. It’s not just about learning the software, it’s way more than that. Lessons that really makes you think differently and express yourself better as an architect. Most courses just show you how to use the tools, but this one actually teaches you how to use them in a way that makes sense. You don’t really find that anywhere else. I finally feel like I can show my ideas the way I always wanted to.

It was a very well-structured course, especially for beginners. Speaking to myself, I'm an architecture student and I didn't have any experience with Photoshop and Illustrator. Also, I have always wanted to create diagrams, but I didn't know where to start. So, finding this course was a gift. If you want to learn the basics of these two programs and also diagrams, then this course is perfect. It's like killing two birds with one stone.

This course delivers what it promises. We all need workflows and Oliver has given us a flexible workflow that can be adapted to any project. Because the render can come from any source, the post-processing is adaptable to any BIM authoring and rendering software.
Really great refresher for Arch viz after a bit of a hiatus. It has helped me re-establish a good workflow.

This material is exact and concise with content that is meaningful. The insights and explanations are outstanding. The level of detail is just right without distractions or unnecessary tangents. In addition, there are no plugs for buying the assets but those too are excellent and well worth the modest cost. I would definitely encourage a link to the store in the various lessons as those assets are amazing and add to the sophistication of the final projects. Thank you for the fantastic learning opportunity.
The Urban Drawing Bundle is incredible for any type of Isometric drawing, it's all you need in terms of assets to populate a scene without loosing too much time. I prefer to use it directly from Illustrator so I have more control over the asset's final look. Highly recommend it!
What I appreciated about the course instructor was that he was generous enough to provide an additional module that delved into portfolios, besides the course being about the InDesign software. Moreover, it was very practical in terms of providing actual examples of selected portfolios online.

I was really skeptical because I've tried like a million Notion templates and always gave up after a week because they were too complicated. This one is different because it's made for architecture. It's simple enough that I actually kept using it, and the course made setup so easy, I was done in one afternoon. I use it every single day now for studio, my deadlines, all my class notes, even stuff outside of school but that is related to my course. The fact that everything connects is what got me. Good for beginners, with a lot of cool tips, but for someone who already has some knowledge of Photoshop, it may not be enough.
Wasn’t expecting to get this much value, tbh. Thought I knew a lot already, but this course goes deep into things and dissects D5 in all areas. I liked that the Upstairs team divided the modules very clearly so I focused on the parts that I needed the most first. Super recommended for anyone looking to enhance their visualization skills!

Very in-depth course that will improve all of your plans. Teaches the basics like patterns, shadows, fills & Ai + Ps skills, all the way through to tiny details. All of which help your plans emphisise the architecture in a clear, readable way.

You are never quite sure what to expect with these courses, as the quality varies wildly. I could not be happier with this one. Wonderful beginner tips and tricks to start developing a personal style in archviz. While technology has advanced and 3D assets have gotten better, everything in this lesson is a true base to work from. If you're a beginner in Photoshop or V-Ray, this is a phenomenal first step.

So, I’ve been using Blender for about 6 years now, and when I heard D5 Render works with it, I thought, “Why not give it a go?” The render engine, the colors, the whole ease-of-use thing they advertise... it all looked pretty sweet. But I knew I’d need to get up to speed, so I went looking for a solid course. That’s when I stumbled across "Learn Upstairs." Not gonna lie, it wasn’t cheap, but honestly? Worth every cent. Oliver explains everything so clearly that it just clicks. By the end of it, I felt like I could dive into D5 Render without a hitch. Massive thanks to Oliver. Brilliant course, mate!
