Do I need to know Notion to use this?

No. If you've never opened Notion, you're fine. The onboarding course walks you through the essentials, and you'll be set up and comfortable in an afternoon.

Is this a course or a template?

It's a workspace (a Notion template) that comes with a short course to help you set it up and use it well. The workspace is the main thing; the course just gets you going fast.

Do I keep the workspace after the year?

Yes. The workspace is yours to keep, permanently. The 1 year applies to course access and free updates, but the workspace itself never expires.

What does "1 year of updates" mean?
