I bought the course knowing the bare minimum about Photoshop and Illustrator. Seeing a good workflow made the learning process much easier, not only from the software but from the concepts. I had already been following YouTube, and this course was pretty useful for deepening my knowledge. I like how it's taught with great synthesis power and incredible visual organization.

A really great course if you want to manually render your site (without using pre-built features like Lumion).
The course was easy to follow. It might be intimidating at first because of the number of steps to achieve an improved effect on an object but it is worth it once you see the end product.

This course was exactly what I was looking for. It’s not just about learning the software, it’s way more than that. Lessons that really makes you think differently and express yourself better as an architect. Most courses just show you how to use the tools, but this one actually teaches you how to use them in a way that makes sense. You don’t really find that anywhere else. Short time to learn, but a lot of knowledge gained.
Oliver did an amazing job walking us through his process with creating diagrams. He was clear and reinforced important details throughout the course, making sure to help build good habits. His emphasis on "big moves" really helped to think about the diagram creation process as a bite sized problem. I would recommend people invest in this course because if you are a student learning how to represent your ideas, the skills available in this course will help you.
Very well-rounded course that was very easy to understand and follow along with. My only suggestion would be to potentially create tutorials with other free softwares, like TwinMotion or other software that students get free access to and can properly utilize, as shown in your tutorials. Still appreciate the content and look forward to learning in future courses!
It was a nicely structured course to teach you a lot of things about post-production in Photoshop. Maybe some more experienced artists will find it easy, but it was a great course for users new to the Photoshop side of things, well explained all the way.

There's always something new around the corner. You wouldn't know if you don't try and explore how different people work or navigate. I think Oliver has made some crazy effort to condense as much as he could in these courses without overburdening the students going through it.

Not a detailed course like the isometric course he has, but it teaches you how to learn from other portfolios and make wise design decisions. This course is more about portfolio making than learning to use InDesign, so for the most part, InDesign felt irrelevant.
Really good for students who are approaching architectural visualization for the first time!

This was such an awesome course, and I enjoyed doing every part of it. As someone who's never used Photoshop or Illustrator, let alone any sort of Adobe software before, this course provided me with a solid foundation, and I feel a lot more confident in my ability to use these tools in the future as I progress into my bachelor's later this year. It helped me with what I was looking for. The course is very fast, yet focused on the important thing you need to know about Photoshop for Architects, even if you are a beginner. It was good to see the workflow, organization, and specific tips for architecture. I would love to see a course like this for interiors as well, because I think some people would make good use of it.
This material is exact and concise with content that is meaningful. The insights and explanations are outstanding. The level of detail is just right without distractions or unnecessary tangents. In addition, there are no plugs for buying the assets but those too are excellent and well worth the modest cost. I would definitely encourage a link to the store in the various lessons as those assets are amazing and add to the sophistication of the final projects. I really liked this course, he teaches you many tricks to create a good portfolio, but what I liked the most was the fact that he explains everything with examples of real portfolios. Another plus point was that English is not my first language, and yet I had no problem understanding everything and helping myself with subtitles. I also had a small problem that I couldn't open a file and he solved everything very quickly. Totally recommended!
I would really like to thank the tutor and his entire team for creating this course. I have always struggled with creating interesting looking architectural plans in the past, but never could understand where to begin from. With this course, I did indeed learn a lot of new techniques regarding smart moves through different software, a non-destructive workflow and most importantly 'Architectural Presentation Style'. Lessons that were made for architects! Just a few & simple edits to a CAD plan can really improve your drawing. I think that subtlety is the key here. Thank you again. Cheers!
Good quality textures. It's the best starting library for a student or an architect that is building their own library. A lot of seamless high-quality textures for a good price.
The course is good for anyone's work related to the architecture industry. Diagrams may seem additional and not as important compared to 3D archviz, but as a good designer, the diagram is essential to show your ideas and how the design was developed. This course helped me add the quality of presentation report and slides to my client. I really enjoy it and hope Upstairs will come out with more courses... maybe the next one will be an animated diagram? Cross fingers.
I started the course without knowing anything about InDesign, but after taking the classes, it helped me a lot to develop my first Architecture Portfolio. I'm happy with it!

Wasn’t expecting to get this much value, tbh. Thought I knew a lot already, but this course goes deep into things and dissects D5 in all areas. I liked that the Upstairs team divided the modules very clearly so I focused on the parts that I needed the most first. Super recommended for anyone looking to enhance their visualization skills!

Once bought, it is very useful! Your constant Google searches for items in plan view don't have to happen anymore. Everything you could want is in an organized file, ready to be edited, copied, and pasted into your work. The vegetation inside of this pack is also beautiful and minimal, but extremely effective.

It's an excellent course, it gives you the tools to make very good diagrams, and also the workflow and ethic allow you to make further diagrams in the future as you like, not just the ones that are in the course.

The modules were well organized and easy to follow. The modules' videos weren't long and boring at all. I was excited to learn every stage. The portfolio examples shown were the cherry on top, providing us with a good balance between technical aspects of InDesign and what to expect when designing an architectural portfolio. I enjoyed it so much, such great content. It's worth the investment!
